I've noticed that there are moves that only cause burning (Will-o-wisp), and moves that only cause poisioning or sleep (Toxic, Spore), but there's really not a lot of moves, if any, that just cause freezing. So, I made this.

I never noticed that! But, then again I'm grateful that there aren't any real "One Freeze" moves. My friend is an Ice type trainer. If I fought him with his entire party having this move, I'd die. Horribly.
