CHRISTMAS: Rule Update

WHAT?

You mean on Christmas Day of all days, those horrible admins think updating a rule is a present? Talk about Scrooge.

Well let me explain further. The updated rule is Rule #7 - relating to signatures.

Possibly our biggest gift to you this Christmas is the expanded size with are allowing you in your sigs. The old limit (40kb) is no more. We have imposed a new limit of 100kb (102,400 bytes), which is enforceable immediately. Again, we cannot promise this will be permanent if the effects are ridiculous (which we don't expect), but we are making this change with the aim of it being permanent. To coincide with this, the signature character limit is now 400, as apposed to 300 characters.

Oh, and we've undisabled every single signature as well. As in, every single user on these forums has a useable, viewable signature now. The option is still there for us to disable though, so be careful 

To summarise:

• Signatures can now be up to 100kb (or 102,400 bytes) in size (as apposed to 40kb)
• Signatures can now contain up to 400 characters (as apposed to 300)
• All disabled signatures have been undisabled
