Really, are they going to give that amount of power over the forum to someone they barely know? Pikachafan26<3<3 is well known to all the admins whereas, no offence, but most of the members.. aren't? They have to know they can trust the person. Be more like Pikachafan26<3<3, get to know the admins and staff, and you may be in with more of a chance.

I was wrong then, only mods can't then, but they can give Karma to everyone else. And that is a good point Kay, considering that I only talk to Mike about football and Jeroen about some things, and Alex about Team Building and other things, but that's it really. You do want someone who you can trust and rely on; someone who you know can do the job. That's what I would do when choosing anyways.

Thought so. Isn't there a smite/applaud button? Well on my site, admins don't have that button next to their names, but can just go to their profile and edit it. How else do you think Jeroen got -1000 Karma?

No, I'm just saying that if I did a site, how I would choose Mods and Admins. It would be a tough job. I am happy being a Mod on yours though, it's pretty awesome

Just a topic of discussion though, and everyone knows that if you ask or try to imply that you want to be a mod then you have less chance of becoming one.
