8526. If that's the case, why do neither you not Chloe have straight A*. I'd say yourw both above average, so if they're so easy, you should have all A*, correct?

8527. In my case, it's because I live in Scotland, so the exams are different. I don't know about Chloe.

8528. Well, in English exams only 10% can get an A*, ergo (yes, I did learn that word from AA :P) it is all relative to the rest of he country, not the difficulty of the paper.

And I think it basically makes you sound smarter than if you used therefore.

8534. Yeah, I don't tend to need it so much in papers, but I use it quite a bit in science (when referring to equipment, usually)
