The Bioshock games are good shooters, and they have great stories as well (though your mileage may vary).  It's especially fun since you have Plasmids and Vigors to spice up the combat.  Ah, the joy of sending a swarm of bees to lay waste to your foes.  83

But I don't play many FPS games.  I'm more for fun, which is why I avoid PvP-type FPS and stick with co-op (Left 4 Dead).
