nice image, but a bit low quality
also the arrangement is a bit off, imo.

Low quality is purely a side affect of making it small enough for PKMN.NET [and i may swap for a higher quality one now I can]. With so much going on in it it's bound to be low quality. As for arrangement... it's meant to be, for atmosphere reasons.

Anyway...

BlackStatic... Cute raichu design, I like the colours. But as Sylar said before, the proportions are off and make it look like it's feet are bigger than it's head. I think that maybe due to the angle that you drew it like that, but it's a little too much. Plus it took me ages to work out what the electric on it's tail was.

Regardless of your previous reviewer's comments, I actually find your sig to be very clear and crisp. There aren't any artifacts or obvious low quality JPEG thingies, and the content of it gets across the "psychic mind control" vibe, coupled with the appropriate colour. 8/10.

a lot better but the font hurts my eyes. Comic Sans + small size + crazy colours = EW.
also make the corners on the image transparent. they ruin the image >:

The links and text...meeh...not so impressed by that I guess. Too much of it crammed into a small area I think.

Hmm...the colours blend in nicely with the image...not very colourful though >< Main reason for my dorky bright text was...I love colour <3 But I guess the colours work nice with your image.

Very stylized and instantly recogniseable as one of your sigs.
