My sister!
I'm so proud of her right now.
She's in her second year in Cardiff, and she's doing so well. Like, everyone is predicting her to become an exceptional radiographer and to hear her say that on the phone, and then have her burst into happy tears made me cry happy tears.

Why am I so emotional? haha.

Oh, and she's made me happy by telling me the hair dye she purchased isn't permanent. She dyed her natural auburn hair (which is so rare and lovely) a light gingerish red, which she said she did because it makes her feel more Irish now that she's in Wales.
And she has a tiny bit of a Welsh accent, which sounds funny with her Irish accent.

I want her to come home now so I can make fun of it. <3

I just feel strangely serene 
had an excellent time last night from about nine/this morning until about seven 
involving a lot of Reeves & Mortimer and a bit of Life on Mars and the thievery of a kettle and some delicious pizza and dancing to songs about cottage cheese 
 
and now i have some work to do 
and i'm doing it slowly in a calm relaxed not-worrying-at-all way 
which never happens 
so i'm quite.. taken aback. In a calm way. 
 
and after i've finished it.. 
why, I'm in quite a The First Men in the Moon mood [more so than usual], so i may watch that.
