My favourite number is 11. Up until my 13th birthday I never had an affinity for numbers, then I got an amethyst necklace and the "lucky number" for those with an amethyst birthstone is 11 according to the card. Silly me decided then and there that it was my favourite number, and even now, when asked to choose a number, I go for 11 straight away.
