AZERTY Keyboards...

For one, you have to use the shift key to use full stops...say what? They're one of the most important and commonly used punctuation marks, and they've gone and made it such a faff to use. Semicolon? Colon? Each have their own keys...whatever happened with just having the two on the same button?

I keep pressing "q" when I mean to press "a". "m" is now under my right ring finger, as opposed to the easy reach with the index finger. Oh, and having the "w" above the Windows key needs to end.

Finally, you have to use shift to use the numbers along the top of the keyboard...dear, dear, dear.

Doctors, why is it that their receptionists are always as miserable and unhelpful as possible despite the fact you're probably in there for a serious issue? The place makes me panic enough as it is, let alone being faced with a snappy receptionist >_>;

She snapped at me once for trying to make an appointment with my doctor as he told me to. Silly me, thinking receptionists could make appointments with doctors... I dunno what I was thinking... ¬_¬
