there is an arts and crafts thingy on at 7:30 and i thought it was at 6:30. i got here an hour early and because i used to live here they made me fill out loads of paper work and sign things that didn't need signing and making phone calls and catching up with staff and a whole load of other junk i really didn't want to do. they also made my clean up the kitchen but i got a pumpkin some apples and a butternut squash out of it so it's ok.

My appraisal has been moved from Friday back to tomorrow morning. My appraisal is all about...something. You're supposed to have two weeks with the appraiser who shows you how everything works and how to manage to rooms and staff. Unfortunately he's been away so I haven't spent any time with him and now he's coming back tomorrow to test me on the things he's supposed to have taught me. If I fail I have to wait until next September to do another 14 week placement all over again, or they'll just throw me out because I don't have a medical reason for failing.
This is not fair, other people had time to work with the appraiser beforehand, they were shown what to do and how to do it. I've had none of that.  =[
