Now I need a hospital for a few weeks in May/June but everywhere already has a department full of students. I need a place so miserable that no one else would even consider doing a work placement there.

and i used all the wax over the past week since they gave me a lump the size of my pinky nail and ughhhhh ;_;

^Is it the brackets right at the back that have lost the wire (If you have those brackets) I had those recently and they hurt like hell. This may sound stupid, but chew some gum and use it as wax. In the meantime, DEMAND a visit to the orthodontist.
