Someone on TV was 10 years old, he said he was born in 2002.

2002

I REMEMBER 2002! I was in year 8 and had registration outside in the mobile classrooms with Miss Chetty. I. Feel. So. Old.

Sebastian Moran

oh god, don't start
2002? This account was started in 2002.

when i hear things like that, i don't feel so much old as entirely bewildered
along the lines of "but that was only yesterday HOW ARE YOU A FUNCTIONING HUMAN"

be humble,
for you are
made of earth.

be noble,
for you are
made of stars.

Clairefable

Och, dry your eyes. I was 17 and starting my last year of school in 2002!

Sebastian Moran

yes but i don't even know how to tie my shoes properly and i still get my mum to make Important phone calls

be humble,
for you are
made of earth.

be noble,
for you are
made of stars.

I think this is probably a more accurate description of the sensation. I remember the classrooms, the people, the feelings I had at the time. And he was a SPERM. I feel a bit of empathy for old people that talk about the 50's now. When we start getting members here younger than my account I may cry.

I shall draw comfort from the mental image of Claire with her free bus pass.

holy crap
2002

we were all moving to spain in 2002 i think i did literally 2 days of Year 10
and then whoosh entire life uprooted to say i was a bit scared was an understatement
no wonder im half a nervous wreck now ahahahr

but that was like
last week or something surely

this is really daunting im going to be 80 years old and dead before i know it
and i'll have spent my entire time being scared of everything and being foolishly stubborn about personal idiosyncrasies
oh well

(no before you ask we almost all returned in like 2007 when my parents split up)

2002
Oh, I remember that year, I think I was still watching Cubix or some uninteresting thing like that.
There may have been Thunderbirds toys involved at one point.

I picked a bad time to realise I have no idea how to do my media coursework.

Kpyna

in 2002 i was beginning school... its still pretty long ago for me :p

lets all go out for some frosty chocolate milkshakes

i petition the board to rename this the "we fondly regard 2002" topic

I can't wait to be old and get free stuff. £1.90 into the town centre? The driver's uniforms should be a mask and striped jumper!
