Koga is the Gym Leader of Fuchsia city and also a gas company (but we're refering to the Gym Leader part). He uses foul gas moves by gas Pokemon, he wasn't exactly a good trainer because he was probably the weakest gym leader in history. He has a sister called Ia and a daughter which is featured in the game called Janine.
He appeared once in all the episodes, in {pkmn|episode|31}, and was totally crushed by Ash's {pkmn|pokemon|4}.
He lost when he sent out his {pkmn|pokemon|42} and got knocked out by a simple {pkmn|move|83} in less than 5 minutes. He did battle with a {pkmn|pokemon|48} in the beginning but Team Rocket came in and spoiled the battle as usual, in my opinion even Brock and Misty or even a 3 year old litle boy can beat the crap out of him.
