Bruno is one of the Elite four. He is strong both Pokémon-wise and physically. He never actually fought anyone in the show apart from someone from the TV (TV in the episode Pokémon - I Choose You!). He met Ash in the mountains and taught him some tips on Pokemon. Brock was very thrilled to meet him and did almost everything he said. They had to do stuff like carry wood, chop it etc.

He appeared once in all the the episodes, in To Master the Onixpected!

He had it in the whole episode, possibly his first Pokemon.
