Right?

Yes, you have to do something special to receive your ticket. It's no good standing there while Nintendo try to send you an Aurora Ticket if your game doesn't know what it's doing. It'd be like placing a Celtic player on a football pitch.

Don't worry though, help is at hand! Just follow the following instructions before you go and you should be fine!

1. Go to any PokeMart absolutely anywhere and press A on the pictured piece of paper. Say "Yes".
2. Enter the four words as being "Link Together With All" as pictured.
3. Let the little chap get excited.

And then you're done!

From now on, whenever you start up your game, you'll have the Mystery Gift option available. Simply select this option at the Deoxys Event with your Wireless Adaptor attached and you'll receive the ticket! Remember, this only works on the FireRed, LeafGreen or Emerald games.

So you've got your ticket! And you know what to do with it!

Right?

Oh dear. I'd better tell you that as well.

Make sure the Aurora Ticket is in your Key Items and talk to any man or woman standing gormlessly by a harbour. They'll wet themselves with excitement, and allow you to board a ship to Birth Island.

When here, you'll be confronted with a small arena and a triangle shaped rock. The idea is to make the rock turn completely red, which is done by going up to it and pressing "A" at the right place.

The right places to press "A", in the right order? Go on then.

• Right
• Left
• Top
• Right
• Left
• Top
• Bottom

And voila, a level 30 Deoxys will appear! Catch it, and it's yours! Just remember to save beforehand though - knock it out and there are no second chances!
