This is probably the most famous banned episode, as it's banned world wide, and has only ever aired once. There is a lot of speculation as to what caused the infamous flashing lights, including it being Pikachu's eyes. They are in fact caused by missiles from an antivirus program exploding, and contrary to popular belief, this happens in more than just one scene.
