Borderline :: Competitive Battling Gen III Tiers

Borderline (BL) Pokémon

BL stands for Borderline and represents the Pokémon that are too powerful for UU but are outclassed by something in OU. Generally, this is not exactly a metagame but more of a group, and in many UU tournaments up to two Borderline Pokemon are allowed in a team. Note that this exact list is specific to PKMN.NET and the RSE metagame.

Scizor? They're Eyerywhere! Not even Over-Used, WAAAY Over-Used. Scizor is like the Pokemon equivalent of Ike in Brawl. To be used by Wi-fi n00bs only.
