Some of these received nice alternate sprites (Magnezone, Golduck) some got a badly needed improvement (Vaporeon, Froslass) some had better sprites before (Chatot) and others just look plain wrong. I'll leave that last one to your imagination.

What is with Pachirisu and Gible? xD God how ugly do you wanna make them? Heatran is adorable :3 it's gonna pounce of youu~ Bibarel looks.. hypnotised. Houndour and Houndoom look MUCH better than in DP, as does Luxray. And SNOOOVER looks slightly sinister :3

There's quite a few sprites you missed. There are some Pokemon that are non-Sinnoh that got new sprites nonetheless. Ninetales, Hitmonlee, Oddish, and Registeel. Also Natu, Xatu, Ursaring, and Mareep had their colors changed.
