Black & White Pokémon: In-Game Trades | My Mars for your Snickers

In a not-very-surprising move, Black and White, just like the previous 4 generations, have in-game trades.

What is new however is that the Pokémon you can now trade for are all a predetermined level, rather than simply being the same level as the Pokémon you traded, as used to be the case. Some of the trades are even for Pokémon you cannot normally catch in your version, making them very worthwhile.

So, I hear you ask.

Where be that list?

Here be the list.

Petilil (Black Version Only)

As you enter Nacrene City head along the tracks until you reach the first house with stairs on the outside. Upstairs, a girl will trade you her Petilil for a Cottonee.

Nice. A quick and easy way to get a strong Rotom. It's better than a Lv. 15 one

Probably should be noted that the Basculin has a unique ability different from its normal and Dream World abilities (pretty sure it's Rock Head.)
