This is an odd Azalea.
Is this even Azalea is the question really, it looks completely different. Theres no hint of the Acorn pokeball makers house, theres a random hidden area which is only availible to sufers which reminds me of the 3 sisters hidden in Route 34 after Ilex forest, also theres no access to Ilex forest from this map, so there must of been another route to replace/lead to Ilex forest. Very interesting.
There's no Kurt House, but there are two weird houses that look important. You can always tell which houses are important.
That would actually be Cherrygrove, as this is on the edge of water and has entrances to north and east. Also, that isolated area where you must surf could be a prototype to the little isle where that guy gives you Mystic water.
The weird house on the left could also be Mr. Pokémon's house.
Mabey it was just a new toen all together, which could explain why there is a PokeCenter before Union Cave.
Plus, I don't think it's Azalea because there's no gym
This could be Azalea too because the beta Lake of Rage has a gym.
Many maps were in different places when in beta. This is Cianwood TOWN and not island.
Remember how theres the cave and Azalea? Well, Azalea was on the left, and Cianwood would be here on the left.
There's a reminent of Beta Azalea in the final version, of its pokemon center right before the cave/
Opps, I mean Azalea was on the RIGHT and Cianwood Town would be on the left
or maybe it was designed as something near moomoo farm or the ruins of alph? just a guess...
There's a gate in beta Goldenrod an maybe that gate leads here? Since the city seem very close to the shore. But the route to the north causes a major conflict with a parallel route to the National Park so it's just a guess.

What are you talking about? There are two houses that look like they could be Kurt's beta house.

No it isn't. There's a separate map that's clearly Cherrygrove.
