Shinx	Sky Whenever I think of Shinx I think of Pokémon Explorers of Sky. I was a Shinx on my first play through. His sprite has a blue that somewhat resembles "Sky Blue" which gave me the idea in the first place. Shinx is an electric type which immediately makes me think of Thunder & Lightning. In a storm you can see lightning bolts flash in the sky which ties to his typing. Shinx resembles a lion in some aspects. I believe this is because the name Shinx resembles Sphinx. Sphinxes have the body of a lion as well as having wings to traverse the sky. On his tail (and his ears) is a star with 4 points. Stars shine in the sky so having a star on a Pokémon named "Sky" sounded nice to me. Shinx is my favorite Pokémon now so I am glad I put a lot of time into his nickname the first time I caught one. The name "Sky" sounds really cheerful so I thought it fit Shinx's personality in the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon games.
