Where you can Catch Staryu?

In what game? Staryu is in so many that Sentret has to make a long list now.. In Red, Blue and Yellow, it's in the Seafoam Islands, for example, and in Gold, Silver and Crystal, in Cherrygrove City, and other routes, when fishing in the evening.
