it's attacks defend it against pokemon that are usualy strong against it

Torterra
Ability: Overgrow
Moves:

Nature: Impish

this is the defensive one of the team

Palkia
Holding Lustrous Orb
Ability: Pressure
Moves:

Nature: Docile

cutiepie the Celebi
Ability: Natural Cure
Moves:

this one is used for it's healing powers and it's good at attacking

Ho-oh
Ability: Pressure
Moves:

Nature: Quirky

this one is the strongman of my team

Lugia
Ability: Pressure
Moves:

Nature: Naughty

this is the attacking pokemon in the team nothing else to say

i wouldn't consider torterra a "guardian of the universe" but everyone else fits the bill. did u ever take this team online?

For Dialga:
1. Replace Blizzard (70% Accuracy is AWFUL, along with 5 PP) with Flash Cannon, to get STAB and Super-Effective on Rock and Ice.
2. Stone Edge is the only Physical move on this set. Get Thunderbolt to hit Flying and Water types HARD.
3. Fire Blast is pretty much the Fire equivalent of Blizzard. I'd personally go for Earth Power.
4. Nature sucks. Go for Modest or Bold or Calm.

Torterra:
1. Torterra are Physical Attackers, not Special. Get rid of Energy Ball and Leaf Storm and get Wood Hammer and Rock Slide. Replace Protect with Crunch.
2. Nature stinks. Get Adamant.
3. Forgot item

Palkia:
1. Trash Hyper Beam, Thunder and Blizzard. Hello Surf, Aura Sphere and Flamethrower.
2. Nature is trash. Go with Modest.

Celebi:
1. You say it's good at healing, but it's only got 1 healing move: Heal Bell. Keep that, though.
2. Perish Song is crap without Mean Look, get Psychic instead.
3. Leaf Storm lowers Special Attack by two, so you'll only get to attack at full power once before switching. Pitiful. Go with Energy Ball or Giga Drain.
4. Forgot item
5. Nature is crap. Modest rules.

Ho-Oh:
1. Is a Physical Attacker, so trash Overheat and Fire Blast. Get Earthquake and Rock Slide instead.
2.Forgot item.
3. Nature is useless. Run Jolly or Adamant.

Lugia:
1. Item
2. Only Aeroblast is good. Trash all others and get Psyshock, Surf, Shadow Ball instead.
3. Nature is wasted. Run Timid or Modest.

Really, I'd rate this team a 1, but because you're using PKMN I like, you're getting a...
