Psybeam AND Psychic? Iron Tail? Go tell your brother to get a GOOD Espeon, not a sucky one.
Thunder Fang, Discharge and Endure? What about keeping Thunder Fang, getting rid of Discharge for Fire Fang and trashing Endure for Return?
Aqua Tail on a Palkia, who was designed with being SPECIAL? Replace with Surf IMMEDIATELY!
