Icy Whooping
Created by Backsauce
Because of dry skin and water absorb my team flows pretty well. I start off with Lapras and Toxicroak the main stars of the show and make Toxicroak dance for the rain. This would boost up Lapras' surf attack and when lapras uses surf it would heal Toxicroak. Toxicroak is also holding leftovers so when the round ended it restores health from the rain and from the leftovers. Ice beam is a big part of the team taking down mostly everything and it's great against ubernoobs. Toxicroak is pretty brawny so it stays in longer than lapras. When lapras is down I switch in to poliwrath who also has water absorb and surf. Poli has the hypnosis and wake up slap combo and it can also use raindance. Toxicroak has a variety of moves. Poison jab, the strongest STAB move, Revenge for some later game sweeping, and dark pulse to take down those nasty psychic types. I have a toxic stall walrien so that helps the team too, a jumpluff that's hard to beat because of all its health draining and recovery moves and my own strategic Keckleon. t holds a Spooky Plate and I'll tell you why. First I use skill swap so my opponent has the ability color change. I use psybeam then shadow ball or just double shadow ball because when it becomes psychic type I take it down with ghost or that dark pulse of toxicroak's and if it becomes ghost type both of the attacks are super affective giving me an easy win. P.S. I do EV train I just didn't fill them in yet.
Holding Leftovers
Ability: Dry Skin
Moves:
This Pokemon is a dancer of rain to help the others during battle and is a pretty good lead.
Holding Rowap Berry
Ability: Water Absorb
Moves:
Lapras is a great healer who doesn't die too easily. Her ice type moves really help the team out.
Holding Damp Rock
Ability: Water Absorb
Moves:
Poliwrath is like Toxicroak and Lapras combined. With pretty good speed and powerful attack, this Pokemon is great with taking down sturdy Pokemon.
Holding Spooky Plate
Ability: Color Change
Moves:
Kecleon is great backup and it never fails me, great for taking down weakened Pokemon and bulky ones as well.
Holding Leftovers
Ability: Ice Body
Moves:
Walrein is a great stall and is very good at taking down most of my foes team.
Holding Big Root
Ability: Chlorophyll
Moves:
Jumpluff is very hard to kill and can deal major damage to other grass types and can take down fire types with leech seed, bounce and sometimes synthesis.

And,how many EVs did you get?1,000? This team isn't bad. The Jumpluff is the odd man out of this set, however. Unless you're pairing this with Kecleon in late game mode, Synthesis won't do too well (Rain cuts the effectiveness). Another thing to watch out for would be a switch while you're in the middle of a Bounce. It's a free switch (gets rid of Seed) to an ice user, possibly with Ice Shard.
-With Kecleon, I'm digging the premise of it, but how well does it stand up to physical attacks? I could see it falling before you get the chance to get the needed 3 turns with Base 60HP/ 70Def.
Overall, not a bad team that would probably be the cause of several fits/ ulcers.

Get rid of Dark Pulse, it's bad for Toxicroak's 86 Sp. Attack and 106 Attack. Replace with either Faint Attack or X-Scissor.
For a Special Poliwrath, I'd have Vacuum Wave and Mud Bomb instead of Hypnosis and Wake-Up Slap, for tyoe coverage AND Hypnosis has badd Accuracy anyway.
Jumpluff @ Synthesis on a RAIN team. Very definition of "Fail Planning"
Get Toxic or Sleep Powder or Stun Spore or U-Turn or Helping Hand.
