There are some major problems with this team:
1) Ground attacks are super effective against 3 of your team members. Other shared weaknesses are: Ice (2), Fighting (2), Electric (2), Fire (2).
2) Your team consists of all attackers. If you bring this team on-line, it won't fare well at all.
3) Hold Items are bad, if not just picked at random for the most part.
4) Movesets:
A) Luke- I can sort of deal with the Physical Fighting move and the special fighting move, but you should really get rid of one or the other. Iron Tail isn't the best move to use, since it's sort of inaccurate. Bone Rush- I can live with as a Sub-breaker.
B) Kyle- Aqua Tail, Water Spout, and Hydro Pump on the same set = NO! Keep this thing special. Water Spout is Kyogre's move.. keep that. Sheer Cold = NO. It's a OHKO move that I think is banned anyway. For another move, Thunder works in the rain.
C) Angry Monkey- Flare Blitz and Blast Burn = No together. Blast Burn and Hyper Beam are bad moves in competitive play, anywhere, since they require cool-down periods. Get rid of those. Also, your fire moves are diminished anyway because of Drizzle.
D) Gary- I'm not crazy about Dragon Rush (see Iron Tail). Outrage or Dragon Claw may work better here. Crunch is ok, although there's other moves that Garchomp can use. Fire Blast would be alright on a mixed-Chomp, but not with rain in effect.
E) Lanny- Bug Buzz = YES! U-Turn.. not too crazy about it on Yanmega, but I see it's potential. Solar Beam- not on Yanmega, especially when you have a rain team (Kyogre). Dream Eater... why? You have no other move used for sleep; why is DE here.
F) Aggron- If you use Double Edge, you want Rock Hard, not Sturdy. Heavy Slam > Iron Tail- keep Slam and get rid of Iron Tail. EQ works on an attacking Aggron.

Kinda what RedFox (hey, didja get that from Firefox?) said, though I have my own opinions to add.

1) Lucario is best off being a Special Attacker with Aura Sphere, Shadow Ball, Psychic and Dragon Pulse/Water Pulse. But, if you want a Physical set, there's Close Combat, Blaze Kick, Earthquake and Crunch. Also, if you want Speed, go Jolly (+Speed -Sp Attack) or Timid (+Speed -Attack)

2) Keep Water Spout, throw on Thunder, Ice Beam and Signal Beam (Gen IV tutor). Use Modest instead of Impish.

3) I love Infernape. He is probably the BEST Starter in Sinnoh. So, trust my advice. GET RID OF BLAST BURN. Infernape is a Physical Attacker, plus Blast Burn is pretty much saying to the opponent "Hey, after I hit you with a 150-BP Fire Attack, feel free to make me faint with Earthquake" because it makes you unable to do ANYTHING for a turn. Same with Hyper Beam. Get Shadow Claw and Thunderpunch instead. Also, use Jolly as your Nature.

4) Outrage, Earthquake, Crunch and Fire Fang are recommended choices for Garchomp, with Jolly/Adamant.

5) As Redfox said, only Bug Buzz is good. The others are crap here. Air Slash, Ancientpower and either Shadow Ball or Giga Drain (Gen IV TM) with Timid or Modest.

6) As for Aggron, use Heavy Metal if you're using Heavy Slam (which you should be using).
For Moveset, try Heavy Metal, Rock Slide, Earthquake and Aerial Ace (mainly used to counter Fighting).

Also, Redfox, did you mean 'Rock hEad or...? Because what you wrote kinda sounds... Wrong. I mean, seriously?!?

^No Timid on a physical Lucario BTW.

Crunch is bad, doesn't add anything as a super effective Crunch is less powerful than Outrage. Swords Dance should go over that. And give it a Life Orb.

Infernape should have Close Combat/Overheat/U-Turn/Hidden Power Ice or Nasty Plot.

I'd say that Aggron loves to abuse Rock Head, so try: Head Smash/Earthquake/Ice Punch(Tutor 4th Gen)/Aqua Tail(Tutor 4th Gen). No Aerial Ace as the others can cover it's weaknesses.

Speaking of covering weaknesses, Yanmega should have Air Slash and HP Ground alongside Bug Buzz and U-Turn. Ancientpower isn't that good, only if you want the boost, which has a small 10% chance of happening.

Kyogre likes Water Spout/Thunder/Ice Beam/Calm Mind or Surf(Only use Surf if you use Choice Scarf).

This team could do with a lot of tweaking. SB2000 you need to learn how to rate well because your giving someone a four who was three items you cant give pokemon. An infernape with two Hyper Beam like attacks. An Uber with three water attacks, a OHKO attack and a terrible nature. Two Pokemon knowing Iron Tail (if your physical you should have Iron Head (more accurate and flinch chance) and if your special you should have flash cannon). There are even more weaknesses but i wont go into them. I think giving this team a two is a bit generous.

Good point, thanks!
