Work in Progress
Created by RedFox
Here's my 'team' that I'm working on. It's less of a coherent team and more along the lines of 'the first 6 pokemon that I have ever EV trained for actual online purposes. :) Feel free to rate and critique!
Holding Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
Moves: Nature: Impish
Defense EV: 164
Special Defense EV: 96
Speed EV: 248
Vespiquen lead. It's mainly used for ToxiStalling. It's purpose is simple: get in there, poison the foe, absorb hits, and use Pressure to whittle down the foe's PP.
Holding Flying Gem
Ability: Regenerator
Moves: Nature: Adamant
Attack EV: 252
Speed EV: 252
HP EV: 6
Simple attacker. Flying gem gives the boost to Acrobatics, which is then boosted by lack of item. U-Turn works well with Regenerator.
Holding Rocky Helmet
Ability: Technician
Moves: Nature: Modest
Special Attack EV: 252
Special Defense EV: 128
Speed EV: 128
Technician Mime. Magical Leaf and Charge Beam gets the 50% boost... and Charge Beam can also help raise Special Attack. Reflect is there for team support purposes (may switch to Shadow Ball) and Psyshock is there in case Blissey or another Special wall comes in. Rocky Helmet is just for the physical attackers and is there until I think of a better item (that's not already in use).
Holding Air Balloon
Ability: Magnet Pull
Moves: Nature: Sassy
Defense EV: 148
Special Defense EV: 200
HP EV: 162
Probopass is used mainly to counter Steels (particularly the bug/ steels). Magnet Pull traps them, TWave for paralysis, Taunt to counter stat-ups and healing, and Stealth Rock for future damage. The Hidden Power is Fire (pain to breed for) and is useful against all Steels minus Heatran and Empoleon.
Holding Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
Moves: Nature: Modest
Special Attack EV: 252
Speed EV: 252
HP EV: 6
(Future pokemon- need to breed) Special attacking Gengar- pretty straightforward. Dark Pulse and Focus Blast get great coverage. Shadow Ball gets STAB. The Trick/ Choice Scarf is a common combo that can really cripple an opposing pokemon.
Holding Focus Sash
Ability: Speed Boost
Moves: Nature: Adamant
Attack EV: 252
Speed EV: 252
HP EV: 6
Simple attacker again. Focus Sash makes sure that it will survive an opponent's attack and Speed Boost makes sweeping very possible. No real attack boosting moves makes Ice Fang possibly the best choice for the final move.

Mienshao looks... okay, but should really be running Hi Jump Kick, Stone Edge, U-Turn and Hidden Power Ice with a Naive nature. Regenerator allows it to U-Turn all day long, and Hi Jump Kick's 10% miss rate isn't as risky with Regenerator, as long as entry hazards are kept off the field. Your team could use a Spinner. Replace Vespiquen with one of them.
Outclassed so hard by so many Pokemon. Latios, Alakazam and Reuniclus all spring to mind. Mr. Mime is an awful Pokemon to use in OU (which, by virtue of Gengar being in your team, this team has to compete in).
Probopass looks okay, except for the EV spread, which is... odd. Max HP is the first important thing, since more HP allows you to take hits better than more defenses. Second, you want to max one of the defenses, or split them, since Probopass has huge defenses in both stats. I'd go max Defense in OU, since Fighting attacks are everywhere. This slot could also be better filled by something like Forretress, Ferrothorn, etc.
Dark Pulse is redundant, as it provides the same coverage as Shadow Ball, but without STAB. Hidden Power Fire here, though I strongly advise against Scarf Gengar, as it's an open invitation for Tyranitar to come in and Pursuit you to death. See here for how to setup a Gengar: http://pkmn.net/?action=columns&page=viewissue&id=5
I guess Sharpedo looks alright. Maybe Protect > Earthquake with Life Orb > Focus Sash. Protect will ensure a Speed Boost, and with that turn of setup, you'll be fast enough to sweep late-game, and the extra power from Life Orb will help you do so.
Overall, this team needs a lot of work if it wants to compete in OU, but I can see you've got some potential, so that's good. Keep trying, and try to keep tiers in mind when setting a team up. See here: http://www.smogon.com/bw/tiers/
