Reaper is awesome. Dookieshed decided he needed to EV train a Scizor, so he made her have CRAZY YOU KNOW, THE STUFF with an Adamant little Caterpie of his named Cupcake. And thus, Menace was born. However, I prefer Reaper more.

He's awesome. Grass Knot? What? Sure, why knot? Wynaut? AAAH! As for why he's named Havoc... I don't know what to say. He's a flaming monkey, and he knows karate. WOW!

In Gen 1, Mewtwo was pretty much unstoppable. Psychic being overpowered, his stats the highest in the game, and being able to learn many powerful moves. He was a weapon of mass destruction. And you could earn it yourself. DIE YOU NOOBS.
