Only one Pokemon can mega evolve per battle, so you're effectively wasting the item slots of half your team. Items are hugely important. As of now, Mega Lucario is banned, so that'll help narrow down which mega to use. Let's review the sets first, shall we?

Aegislash - Shadow Sneak > Shadow Claw. The priority here is too big to pass up, and is what makes Aegislash a dangerous threat in OU. 252 HP is also much, /much/ better for taking hits. 252 Attack, 252 HP, 4 Defense.

Exp. Share has no competitive value. I'd recommend Hasty nature as well.

Hyper Voice > Moonblast, Shadow Ball > Misty Terrain. Mega Gardevoir is kind of meh. I wouldn't even use Gardevoir in OU as it currently stands, she's just not up to snuff and she loses to common Pokemon in the tier.

Change to Timid, 252 Speed, 252 Sp. Attack, 4 Sp. Defense. An odd number HP allows you to take Stealth Rock switch ins mildly better. Consider Focus Blast or Earthquake > Air Slash for dealing with Heatran. Honestly, this is the mega you want to be using, of the ones you've got.

Slap a Choice Band on this, and switch to 252 Attack / 248 HP / 8 Speed.

Switch to Jolly and give it a Life Orb.

If you want suggestions on how you can make this team better, post it in the Team Building board, as no one really uses this function for anything anymore.
