Right, I'll looks t this more closely in a few hours when I've had sleep, but two things stick out:

Venusaur shouldn't have petal dance, it's a horrible move to be stuck into (Petal Dance is the grass outrage, right?), and so I think you'd be better off with Giga Drain (less power, but recovery is awesome for him given he loses leftovers when mega)

And Avalugg is using Avalanche, so wants to go last, therefore a Relaxed nature may be better

At first, I was a little bit uncertain about steel wing on Talonflame but I suppose looking at its learnset it doesn't get much else (not that you'll really need anything past brave bird or flare blitz).
Personally, I wouldn't use hydro pump on Greninja either, surf is usually strong enough and doesn't have that shaky accuracy. You're not in double battles so worrying about your partner pokemon shouldn't be an issue. For that same reason, I feel thunderbolt on gavalantula is a better choice (if it learns that which it should). That 20-30% chance to miss will feel a lot bigger when you do miss it. Multiple times in a row.
I do like your avalugg choice. When I saw it could use rapid spin, I was thinking a little about how useful it would be on him but he takes a lot of damamge from the hazards he's supposed to be getting rid of. Let me know if he's any good :P

^most the stuff there is fine, but just a small note on Thunder - Compoundeyes makes it 91% accurate instead of 70, so it's not much more inaccurate than thunderbolt ^_^

Seeing as this is competitive, galvantula is only good for sticky web, tbh. Also, there are other hazards out there to use.

The main thing about the electric spider is that his only great stat is speed (correct me if I'm wrong). So sticky web would be easy to put up. It's nice to see that you sashed it, though. Volt switch can help him stay alive too.

As for your last pokemon, if blissey comes available, use at, it's a good special wall. In the mean time, CM abusing Sylveon is really good, surprisingly! Have it pack heal bell/wish too along with moon blast and draining kiss. It's a great set with DK healing a lot and heal bell can keep status off your back. Plus, you gain special attack too! So this becomes a terrifying fairy sweeper as well. Sylveon can be a special Tank

Sylveon @Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
Evs: 252 SpA  252 SpD 4 Spe
Nature: Calm/Modest

Draining Kiss/Hyper Voice
Moonblast/Hyper Voice
Calm Mind
Heal Bell/Wish

You'll want hyper voice if you go sweeper, Pixilate turns it into a fairy type move and sound moves go though substitute.

Blissey already is available, has been since release (via chansey in friend safari (@ TC: Richard and Blaziken definitely has one in his FS if you decide on that!) and as an added bonus it now has seismic toss as an egg move (before it could only be learnt through a tutor in emerald >_<)

He is actually pretty tanky he doesnt go down easily either so his job is done well

I was thinking of adding sylveon actually since it has nice special def and could pair with Avaluggs massive def as for galvantula im debating on switching it out with smeargle or giving spikes to greninja since protean with save him from electric and fighting type moves
