Gaming / Mario Maker Level Sharing
« on: September 27, 2015, 13:36 »
Since I'm sure all the PKMN.NETers have some creative levels to share. ;)

My lot first, C+Ped from somewhere else;

The Impossible Stairs- 1154-0000-0037-F807

This one's actually a little special as I dunno how many of you watch Screwattack content but this appeared on one of their livestreams so I've had Stuttering Craig play this level. XD If you want to see him play it, here's the video (Starts at 8:40)

Find the Shroom Then Get Out- 93FD-0000-0015-A570

My first level upload, just quick and simple.

A Spiky Situation- 5F31-0000-0024-5053

Can you get to the end surprise?- EE53-0000-0027-E04C

Mostly sillyness. XD

Hammer Bros. Revenge- 197E-0000-0037-E581

More of a feel good level. XD

Super Bowser Bros- C4BD-0000-003F-E5A5

For the most hardcore ONLY as only I have beaten it so far. Seriously don't feel bad if you cannot beat it since its more of an endurance level and even took me 90 mins to beat it to upload it. XD

Beware the Ceiling- E883-0000-0045-F22A

The Boo House of Boom- 24B1-0000-004D-5495

Aaahhh, This Old Shell-ish Thing- 1878-0000-0052-7209

Mario Bros. Revenge Edition- FB19-0000-0057-AFED

After being discontinued for so long and being hard to find, the first 3 movies (The Warner Bros trilogy if you prefer) is getting a DVD rerelease over in Australia, each film being made available with a collectible tin.

But that's not all, as all 3 films will also be getting a Blu Ray set release, also contained within a collector's tin, marking the first blu ray release of these films in their dubbed form. And also remember, Australia shares the blu ray same region code as the UK so they'll play on your UK Players!

All the sets have a release date of 2nd December. Preorders are already up at who ship to the UK and I would assume everywhere else. ;)

TV and Movies / Star Wars Episode VII The Force Awakens
« on: April 17, 2015, 14:01 »
So the Second Trailer just came out.

And daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn. Think this is really going to deliver this time.  :D

I love how these Japanese posters can be sometimes, so busy with many characters and Pokemon in the background. Hoping at least the Japanese blu ray uses this poster as it is quite nice.

But yeah, basically Many Lengendries The Movie. XD Just hope their appearances its just in the last 10-20 mins but we know the track record with Pokemon movies with 1 too many legendries...

Oh and there's an Arceus for anyone who preorders their cinema ticket as well, so that should eventually arrive much like the recent Darkrai event. ;)

TV Series / Serena (Episode 863 Spoilers)
« on: February 12, 2015, 19:27 »

Well this certainly surprised me while look at the end this week's Japanese episode screencaps. o.o

I kind of get the new redesign but....I dunno. Often when Pokegirls get a new looks its just a new outfit, not snipping off most of your hair off so it just came as a real surprise. That and I kind of prefer her longer hair. T.T

Oh well, maybe drawing short hair Serena will let get used to it...

Games General / Make Your 3DS Awesome...
« on: November 21, 2014, 18:58 »
...with SLOWPOKE

Nuff said really. Hopefully it'll see a release outside of Japan (I mean really, it would take a Nintendo employee 10 mins to add in English Slowpoke chants then bam, easy money made.)

X and Y/OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire / Eon Ticket
« on: November 07, 2014, 13:34 »
Apparently anyone who downloads the Eon Ticket event will be able to distribute it to other players via Streetpass, akin to how you could do so by mixing records in the originals.

Now THAT'S a good use of Streetpass (I'm looking at you X and Y).

X and Y/OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire / The 8th Gym Leader
« on: July 11, 2014, 19:54 »
What do you reckon, will Wallace get his old gig back, or will Juan tell him to bugger off?

Other Animé Things / Johto Journeys Getting DVD Rerelease!
« on: June 01, 2014, 19:15 »
Viz Media has confirmed on Facebook it intends to rerelease Johto Journeys on DVD in America. While no date has been confirmed, an estimate date of Late 2014 to early 2015 was given.

Since I know a fair few of you have asked me in the past about this... ;)

X and Y/OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire / Battle Frontier
« on: May 27, 2014, 20:28 »
If anything, this facility's just GOT to be in the remakes!

As well as the challenges and whatnot, I hope the Frontier Brains make more of an appearance outside of battle, like randomly exploring the island or Hoenn at different times of the day or even a chance to rebattle them outside of their facilities like the Dojo in HGSS.

Oh and Anabel and Greta. Just coz. ;P

If anything, one of the coolest features of this game will be transferring your training 3rd gen Pokemon from R/S/E all the way to OR/AS, basically Hoenn to Hoenn.

So yeah, who will be doing since once the option is available whether you want to or not realizing your old Pokemon were from the 3rd Gen, and what about an unlockable for doing so?  I mean nothing huge, but maybe anything from a medal to a Shiny Feebas or something?

TV Series / Mega Charizard
« on: November 28, 2013, 17:34 »
I think its safe to assume the next time Charizard will come back, he'll most likely Mega Evolve (I'm sure the writers won't pass off an opportunity for ratings/attention for one of Ash's most popular past Pokemon to mega evolve).

Which brings the million dollar question, which form do you think it'll Mega Evolve into?

X and Y/OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire / Your Launch Day Plans
« on: October 02, 2013, 00:46 »
Just getting my ideas for X and Y threads out the way while I have the time. XD For those picking it up on day one, what are your plans for buying and playing the games?

For me, I'm getting an early start to my local Game store and buying both versions first thing it opens. There might be an extra purchase if funds are kind to me too, hint hint. I know most people will be ordering online in the hope of getting it a day early, but since buying Red version on launch day at the very same store, its a tradition I buy the new main entry games on launch date at that same store for old times sake. :)

As for playing, I'm spending the whole weekend as much as I can to play through them both. I might not go as mad as I did with GS when I stayed up a whole 24 hours after getting them launch day, but nothing else will see time during that weekend. :3

X and Y/OmegaRuby and AlphaSapphire / Which Will You Choose?
« on: October 02, 2013, 00:39 »
You thought it was another starters topic, didnt you? ;P Just thought it would be interesting to see how many of you will opt for digital since this is the first main series game to have this option.

Physical cart for me. I only really go digital when Nintendo give them away to me for free (Case in point, Donkey Kong Country Returns, New Style Boutique and Freakyforms DX) and well, the only option (Ace Attorney 5).
