I had to read it last fall for my critical theory class, and I'm just rereading it now for pleasure before I put it away.

im supposed to be reading hunger games... the first book... but i just cant bring myself to start.

Oh dear lord, that's my favorite book series (with Warriors being a decently places second). It's honestly really good, though it's a bit slow up until the reaping. Catching Fire and Mockingjay are a tad confusing if you don't pay attention, but are very good as well.

Nineteen eighty-four by George Orwell

I was one of the only people in my grade that read the book and liked it. People thought the plot was stupid and stuff like that, but I honestly think it's a good read.

As for me, i'm reading A Prayer For Owen Meany by John Irving because it's my summer homework (only 1/3 of the way through and it's due on the 22nd. I hate procrastination). Not bad, though I vastly prefer 1984 so far.

House of Leaves by Mark Z. Danielewski is what I'm reading at the moment! It has been on the list for about two years so I figured that it's about time to start. It's actually really good. The way that it seems to be slowly slipping into some sort of madness is really interesting.

Then there's The Exorcist (William peter Blatty) and Doctor Sleep (Stephen King). Looking forward.

Praise the sun.
