here is half of my unimportant fat face, but also two baby jackdaws. sooty (the one at the front with the blue ring) and sweep. my children, raised from when they were about two days old. will be leaving me for the big wide world soon, sighs.
^If that's the start, I can't wait to see the finish.
I see your jackdaws and raise you one carrion crow!He flew away a week ago now. He used to do some silly things like sit out in the rain until I had to rescue him with a towel :3 <3 Jackdaws are great fun. Are you releasing them from your home?
gasp.. bless his face. originally we thought sooty and sweep might be crows, but then they started cawing. my stepdad was visibly disappointed by that, heh. birds are silly. sweep ate an earring. sooty loved strips of foil. but uh yes they have since DEPARTED >: on monday, so not that long ago i suppose. sweep flew away first- she'd been having longer and longer flying sprees away from the garden until one day she left for good, and sooty followed later that day... he's less independent. haven't seen them since... i suppose they might have come back to the area? i'm not sure. there are a lot of jackdaws around, but none i've seen with rings on them. doesn't stop me from calling out to them when i see them though, probably looking like a nutter. anyway yeah, hopefully they've been taken in by the local birds and are Doing Well. i want grandchildren.
