Just looked up Eelektross. It's can't learn any water moves except aqua tail!? IT LIVES IN THE OCEAN. Bloody Emboar can learn scald but not Eelektross?

The chikorita line can't naturally learn giga drain. Not even through breeding. WHY? You have to teach them it through move tutor in BW2, that's stupid.

Just saw on the news that Cameron and Clegg are flying out to Scotland to convince people to vote no. I'm...not sure they're the most persuasive people around rn. It's so funny to watch them panic though! I'm leaning towards hoping Scotland will leave just to see their faces, totally worth the risk of apocalypse.

In Year 12 and a bit of Year 13 we had to come in, even if we had no lessons, otherwise no EMA and / or they'd ring your parents up and it was so frustrating =/
Holy crap that's horrible! IIRC (it was 8 years ago when I started sixth form, god I feel old) you just had to tell the teacher that took your register in the morning/afternoon that you had no lessons and they'd sign you off for EMA and not expect you in. Sitting around in the common room with very limited computers and a library full of screaming year 7's would have been pointless. :/ Especially as it was before smartphones and wifi were a big thing (feeling even older).

Starting sixth form tomorrow, have no lessons until the afternoon. So I get to chill in the common room / study room all morning until lunch. At least I know someone who's doing Biology, so I can hang out with them anyways.
They make you come in even when you have no lessons? That's weird. O.o

Given all but one constituency in Scotland are considered Labour 'safe seats', it means we'll be seeing a lot more of the Tories if they leave, and therefore more dictatorial school holiday laws. Yay.
You're 16, soon you'll be laughing at those kids when new stupid laws like that get passed! It's pretty much the only plus of leaving your childhood behind.

So the scottish independence people actually stand a chance now? This is quite exciting. I honestly don't give a damn either way but seeing the politicians crap themselves over it is making me very happy. And the vote is just before my bday! Perfect, I'm starting to think this is all for me as a secret present from Alex Salmond.

The agony I've gone through to get a water pulse Vanilluxe, my god. Only way is to transfer a snorunt with the tm move from gen 3/4. No Snorunt on HGSS, my platinum version didn't have a single badge on it yet and they were only available near the end of the game. Tried looking at my gen 3 games...batteries dead, tides locked, pretty much the only pokemon now unobtainable because of it was SNORUNT.
So yeah, I've played through most of platinum purely to get a crappy move on a crappy pokemon but it's done and I am happy now.

So Joan Rivers died. I remember being at home watching that awful Loose Women program and she was a guest, she used a certain phrase referring to Russel Crowe as a piece of something something on live TV. It takes a lot to make Loose Women watchable, but she managed it.
Not that I agreed with everything else she did.

My browser has been stretching things and blurring them for days, the like half an hour ago I opened Chrome and everything was fixed. I have no idea how or why but I'm relieved my eyes don't hurt from trying to read side bars now.

An elderly indian man that struggles with english is able to get a job in Morrison's yet I can't. I can only begin to imagine how terrible I must appear to potential employers.
