He does what he is told by the boss (Gretyl), although he's an admin he dosn't use grunts, there a waste of time he belives. He hates those who get in his way, put remains calm, always. He loves only two things, his work and his pokemon. In terms of pokemon he likes any powerful pokemon and those of the steel type.He loves all Pokemon now, even if they aren't his. It seems he will do anything for Pokemon. A truly reformed character.
History: Z used to be a pokemon trianner. But one day while trying to stop team rocket, Giovanni crushed him in battle. Giovanni liked the trainners style and power and made him an offer he didn't refuse. However he cared to much for his old pokemon, and released them.
He was Involved in the Team Rocket Radio project. His job was to stall Witney. He was impressed with the power of Miltank, Z wants revenge.
He is was a very Successful Rocket Admin, and usally got the job done.
Now he is going to Jhoto, to get more powerful pokemon and follow the Bosses orders.
But no more, he is now trying to become a pokemon agent. An angent's job is to hunt down Rocket members, and stop them. His change of heart came around when Morty crushed him.

He liked his skarmory alot, he used it to get form a to b and also to stall peskie trainners who get in the way. It liked to take out its oppents fast, but obeyd Z without question.
Siczor
Fasle swipe/X-sissior/Sword Dance/Metal Claw-Adamant
Siczor was the pokemon Z used the most, and was the favorite of his old pokemon. He used it's powers to weaken pokemon he'd try to catch or steal. Or just to thrash oppents. It has a scar on it's right eye.
Ditto
Transform-Docile
Ditto was used the least but could be very effective. When it was trying to steal legandary pokemon, transforming into it to finish it off was very usefull. Also Ditto helps when you need to go under cover..
Miltank
Rollout/Milk Drink/??/??-Impish
Miltank was caught after it had a battle with a wild Tauros. Z used it in his battle with Morty, it drew with Haunter.
