I love the Touhou Project. I started playing the games in Feb 2010 and usually play on Hard/Extra mode.

Touhou 12 - Unidentified Fantastic Object. This has got to be the most difficult game of the Touhou series. What the heck has happened to Normal mode.. it's just not normal anymore..
