It's a little far away to say with absolute certainty but I should be able to make it.

Wipeout 2048, Rayman Origins, Escape Plan and Super Stardust Delta.

Got my PS Vita yesterday and I can hardly put it down.

I bought Metro 2033 and S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Shadow of Chernobyl in the Autumn Steam sale at the weekend so I've been playing those when I'm not playing Skyrim.

Skyrim has me worried though, I've averaged 5 hours a day since it came out, I just clocked 100 hours yesterday. I need a break, which is why I've ordered Saints Row: The Third. :P

yeah the pc version crashes a lot, hopefully it'll be patched soon. still, you should be saving like every 5 minutes in an rpg anyway. boggypete, you have it on the 360 so ofc its not crashing.
You'd be surprised, Xbox games aren't invincible and Bethesda games are a lot buggier than most.
I would have gotten the PC version but I just like the feel of a consoles controls more, will probably get it when Steam have one of their ludicrous sales.

Imperial scum can die, if they think they can restrict the deities we worship then they can think again. FOR TALOS!
They didn't ban his worship out of want, it was one of the conditions of peace after the Great War, the Aldmeri Dominion demanded it. The Empire has already lost the support of Hammerfell, so if Skyrim breaks away from the Empire too I believe it would be too weak should they face another threat of war from the Dominion. (By the way, for those who don't have the game, these aren't spoilers, they're history. I'm just speculating since I've not had enough time to play the game much this week anyway. ::))

SKYRIM!!!!

If I didn't have work to do I would probably have spent the last four days playing it non-stop.

Currently going with a male Nord warrior type character, the same kind they showed in all of the advertisements, just because that's the type of character I'd expect to be the main protagonist in a story like this. After my first playthrough I reckon I'll go back again with a Dunmer Battlemage or something similar, maybe an Argonian assassin (never really liked Khajiit).

I've decided to side with the Empire because based on the history of Tamriel since Oblivion, the current political and economic situation, and how unfit and unfair I believe Ulfric would be as a High King, I don't think that the Stormcloak rebellion can bring any good to Skyrim... even if the imperials did try to cut my head off at the beginning of the game.
Still not particularly far through the main questline or the civil war questline, but I am getting a good deal of exploring done and I think I'm more than half finished with the dungeons in Hjaalmarch. Also spent a pretty large amount of time reading the in-game books.

Anyone else have anything to say about their progress so far? No spoilers though please.

Also, how much do you love the soundtrack?

I tried Skyrim, its nice but the regular crashes are annoying, about three times in an hour. :/
Also the NPCs are just as lifeless as Oblivion's unless they're fighting something. Still a good game so far though.
No crashes as of yet after about 20 or so hours of play. ^^
I don't really care how lifeless the NPCs are, so long as the voice acting is good (which it most certainly is) I'd rather the characters just had a fixed building to be confined to because it's such a damn pain finding them when you need to. I guess it's not so bad though, at least the towns feel like they have some life in them rather than just being cold dead quest dispensers.

Hansel was and Gretel is Somali and Luca was a Somali/Abyssinian cross. I want us to get a Bengal and a Silver Tabby but there's little point because it would cost so much money and I'm off to uni in less than a year. If we did get them though I would have named the Bengal Vasco (da Gama) and the Silver Tabby Xerxes. :P

^ My cat Gretel. She's 5 years old and she used to have a brother called Hansel (1) and after him we had a cat called Luca (2).

Wow, I'm glad I remembered to check for this. It wouldn't have been too good if I'd started looking for the topic at the beginning of August. I'll be coming again this year so sign me up. ;D

Zachary Quinto, that's a new one for you. :P

Just because it's you, and that's what you do, 10/10. Anyone else and it's a flat 5/10.

I would be playing Black Ops but my xbox has decided that it only wants to give me audio and no video on the release day. It's basically the RROD error without the red rings and needless to say I'm not happy. Microsoft are useless and are going to charge me £75 if I want to get it repaired, and they say they will never ever repair it if I open it up myself. I'm very tempted to just buy a new one. They're smaller, lighter, less noisy, have more memory, have built in Wi-Fi, look nicer, run better and are just generally better than the old ones, even if they are £199. They don't come out until Friday though.

I hate my life.

I'm completely obsessed with Fallout: New Vegas at the moment. I've had the game for a week now and I've already put in 35-40 hours. I can't get enough and because I'm such a perfectionist and completionist I'm going through the game making sure I miss as little as possible so I can get the most out of it possible. I can see myself spending 150 hours on this game, and that'll probably be just the first playthrough (I plan to play it through at least twice more). This is even worse than it was when I got Fallout 3. :P
