To get Pan (the pancake from A Pancake Dream, my crazy story), follow the following steps.
1: do the Gigalypuff glitch in SSBB.
2: IMMEDIATELY attach a GBA-GC cable and a copy of Pokemon Emerald.
3: a text box will come up saying 'Do you want a Gigalypuff?' say Yes.
4: take it to the Sky Tower.
5. Pan the Pancake would like to fight? Say No, and chuck a Master Ball.
6. You caught Pan, at level 384!

Get a glue stick and a picture of any pokemon you want. Stick the picture to the DS while HeartGold is running. Then, go to the Safari Zone. Call '*name of chosen mon* IS TEH GREATEST!' as you're paying, and that pokemon will attack the Safari Zone person and become your mon at lv 100 and shiny with any name and moves you like. If that mon is in front when you go Safari, you get in for free with infinity master balls.

RSE: Beat up a Sneasel with another Sneasel which knows Beat Up and 5 other Sneasels in the party. Wild Snease will evolve into a Clown. KABOOM: your character will explode, and the clown will come out and destroy the Digimon franchise cos Digimon are total ripoffs.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Sky ONLY.
First, do episode 1. Get to the first boss battle and lose by turning off Item Master. The guild will come and fight with you. (This part is true, but not the rest)
Then, turn on Item Master. Walk away from the battle. The Guild (apart from Wigglytuff) will lose. Wigglytuff will get super mad, and get out a perfect apple. You get two choices: to eat it or not to eat it. If you choose not to, the game will glitch and the music will permanently turn to the theme of the Final Boss from Super Paper Mario. So eat the apple.
Wigglytuff will turn psycho mad and chuck Doom Seeds at you and then, when you're Level 0, use Hyper Voice. Chatot will wake up, panic, and tell you off. When Chatot is telling you off, put your DS in the freezer for 5 minutes. Wish Cave will explode and Jirachi will give you infinite Reviver Seeds and join your party. You will be able to play the Main Story as Guild Bidoof and Jirachi.
