Looking for a DW female eevee to breed

Im pretty new to the competetive scene but I wanted to start competing on the battle subway on black. Im trying to get a female eevee with the dw to breed the one i need, i dont really have a lot to trade but any help would be much appreciated and some tips on breeding them.

Will it still be able to breed? If I can breed a legit one that'd be fine I'd really appreciate it.

I'll test breeding, I've never tried breeding (because I can choose natures and ivs and stuff, so there isn't much point)

No reason for asking, but what are you evolving it into? It's just I notice a lot of the eeveelutions DW abilities are great (such as Hydration Vaporeon)

oh I see, I was going to evolve it into Espeon. Magic Bounce is really awesome.
