"Edan, he's a Night Warlock. What do we do?" I whisper, finishing off the last of my breakfast, it tastes good but I don't fully appreciate it. I'm worried about fighting with Nikolai.

"Chloe." I say, in a chilling tone. "I am a night warlock. You two, I presume, are day warlocks, but I am against the fighting in this city. I presume you know of the events that transpired here many generations ago?"

I stop walking.  The street is less busy around here.  The air feels... unsettling.  This is right at the edge of the city; the first few trees of a wood aren't that far away from the few small buildings here.

I turn to the trees and smile.  I start walking.

^ I reach out to Nikolai, I feel the blood pump in his heart. Showing no sign of strain I increase Nikolai's pulse slightly. If this escalates I will make it worse. ^

"Yes, it should be." I say. I stand up and start packing.

"It isn't fully behind any of us, but as neither of us were directly in the war, i shall take you as any other person, not just as day warlocks. So. I shall ask again. Is there anything I can help you with?"

"With Chloe's permission, could you show us around town?" I say as I pick up my staff.

"Actually, Edan. I had a different request." I say, a lot lighter.

^I temporarily quicken Nikolai's heart rate a little more before removing my hold completely.^

"Do you know anyone who can erase memories?"

"I may. But you must stop clutching my heart, I do not appreciate it."

\\Now I remember why I stopped practicing day magic... They think they can go around stealing people's memories and the like...\\

"Do not think badly of my actions, I seek only to defend myself from the world and it's dangers."
I eye Nikolai, not knowing what to think or how to see him.

"I'll always be a step ahead of you. Diviners have a nasty habit of being so. But, I shall take you to the only person I know capable of erasing memories. But you must act as though you are night warlocks, otherwise she may try something funny."

"I have a small aptitude for Telekinesis, I will showcase this as we enter, but as an eraser of memories she will find out before long. I think, however that, if you would be so kind, you could look ahead at her actions, and make sure I come to no harm from this."
