I don't play VGC or smogon doubles. So Spore is my default. Either way, smeargle is still useless via taunt.

I just entered Paniola Town. I'm still playing this by my own ruleset. My current team is:

Shigure (Brionne, Lv 24)
Aeris (Petilil, Lv 19)
Jaco (Ledian, Lv 18)
Schrodinger (Eevee (Planning on Espeon), Lv 16)

Good game so far. My only complaint is that it's holding your hand a little too much at the beginning and wild Pokemon calling for help gets really annoying sometimes.
Also, I'm not too sure that pure determination can heal burns.
I also keep running into doors thinking they still open automatically.

Working on catching non legendary Pokemon before challenging the Elite Four again to have another chance to capture Tapu Koko. I managed to get Mareanie and am breeding it to get more.

I wouldn't expect shinies on wonder trade until cheat devices become rampant again.

they're already up. for obvious reasons i'm not gonna link 'em here. or at all. :').

mostly its in the style of the old PokeGen, which means... injecting something into the save data? gods i don't really get it. you'd think people would try a normal run first though...


update on the team: so after beating my rival on arriving on island three, i had not just one or two pokemon evolve, but THREE. at once. im so proud.

Hanzo the Decidueye, level 34 (one of the evolvers)

Feraligatr the Feraligatr, level 30 (third of the evolvers.... but why on earth did he evolve so soon??? still planning to replace this guy with horsea later, because as much as i love feraligatr i've used him a lot before. planning to replace magneton as well.)

Felix the Eevee, Level 30 (planning umbreon)
Hagrid the level 30 Snorlax (still kickin and still useful!)

EDIT: tried ariados for a few minutes. his moveset's been buffed, and it feels like he has too - and by quite a bit. worth a try if you fancy trying him. Leech Life is now a tm... and 80 power. with stab. been draining a lot of pokes without much hassle : o. might keep him over alakazam, due to alakazam's limited moveset right now.

I Wonder Traded a Spearow and got an Abra.

I've received 7 Abras in wonder trade so far. Retrading them and keeping any with Synchronize. The Japanese are breeding them and wonder trading the breejects, presumably for Synchronize which explains why I'm only getting Inner Focus. I'm also keeping multiples of Pickup Meowth.

Found and caught a shiny Pikipek in a matching Timer Ball while EV training a Rockruff I bred.

Speaking of which, I bred a Rockruff with Fire Fang and Thunder Fang. Gonna eventually Bottle Cap him because I've come to love Midday Lycanroc.

I got an Ice Stone from Poke Pelago, so I finally evolved my Sandshrew and can enter the Elite Four.

I just 1 Ko'd the Totem Salazzle in Sun with Hydro Vortex. It felt unsatisfying tbh.

I'm on Hano Beach after almost soloing Olivia with Petilil (had to switch out to Cubone when grass z-move left her last Pokemon on low hp). Cubone is now one level away from evolving, however for some reason you can only evolve to Alolan Marowak at night and since I'm playing moon it's now daytime. I guess I'll just stare at Cubone till tomorrow
