The docter is 1/2 timelord 1/2 human.

Considering the 8th Doctor only starring in the TV movie and all, I wouldn't trust something that was probably said for dramatic effect. =/

There are a few differant ways that she could be his daughter of course...

1) She was created using the DNA from his severed hand (possibly why it's bubbling away at the end of the last episode).

2) He had sweet lovin' while he was disguised as a human on another occasion.

3) The Doctor has also had a female Timelord as a companion in the past, perhaps his daughter is COMPLETELY Galifreian??

4) She was adopted after he saved her from an incident.

 - The fact that she appears to have above human abilities points to a genetic/breeding connecton to the Doctor.

The Doctor could have done a lot of stuff before we saw him in An Unearthly Child. And I mean a lot of Stuff. Liked the Empty Child reference, Liked the conversation between Staal and The Doctor "Thank God you didn't say Belittled or I would have had a field day." Jaw dropped with Rose appearing on the screen, was she mouthing Doctor? Noble Sacrifice by Rattigan. One more thing, Sontar Ha!

Interesting question, but does the fact that you are from Galifrey/the child of a Timelord.. mean you are a Timelord yourself? From watching the episodes revolving around the Master last series, it would appear that you start off as a regular Galifreian, and then go through an initiation process before becoming a Timelord.

If this was the case it could mean that the Doctor's daughter if she is a bioliogical child is part Galifreian, but not a Timelord (Timelady?).

It makes perfect sense that the doctor would have a son/daughter seeming as back in the 1960s he had a granddaughter called Susan. So his daughter would have to appear sooner or later.
