The Psychic type storm buffets all Pokemon!
(The Pokemon are buffeted by a Psychic type storm, making the damage equivalent to a Psychic attack on the Pokemon.)

The storm rages into Rock type!
The rock type storm buffets all Pokemon!
(Those Pokemon are again buffeted by a storm, but this time its a Rock type buffet.)

See now?! Oh and the type the storm is is completely randomly chosen.

Me: Keh! Well, this is my friend, who, I'm sure you all haven't met before. His name is Snow. He's a regular guy, except for the fact that he practically speaks in poetry. Well, at least most of the time. And, well, okay, I guess he isn't regular, but yeah!

Snow: I like to see things in a different light. One that doesn't cloud unprejudiced sight.

Me: Yepps! That's Snow for ya. All philosophical and stuff. I'm not that good to do things like that... I'd probably say something that made no sense AT ALL. But, then again, I don't do that much anyway! ^^

Snow: Well? You've got me here for a reason. Or was it not the right time—Maybe... Gasp! Right season?

Me: KYAAHRRGH?! Of course there was a reason! I just wanted Snow here contribute! So, you get to make a Move, since your our Guest of Honor (there will be no more Guests of Honor, so don't barge in saying that. But, of course, you'll just ignore my warning, right? I understand the way your minds work, kids. Yeah...)!

Soul Cry
Type: Ice
Power: 80
Accuracy: 100
Special
PP: 20
Emotion overcomes the user, and a sudden, icy cry shakes its very core, and erupts out into the world. May rupture the field, allowing few debris to collide with the foe. (30% chance, deals 5-20HP damage)

Works, only for Ice Types. If the foe has an ability that blocks sound-based moves (i. e. Soundproof), it is still attacked. The "Cry" isn't really a sound, but a power that busts out from the soul. A move that you may want to follow up after Soul Whimper. You'll never know... A boost is all you need to succeed... Ku ku ku...
