What Games are you playing right now?

Optimus Metroid Prime 3.

I utterly love the controls. the wiimote does feel gimmicky and the grapple hook is so much fun. The graphics in game are fairly cool too, though they're sort of Gamecuby in the cutscenes.

The actual game play can get incredibly annoying, I've had to revert to an online guide twice to work out where I'm supposed to be going. Shooting stuff is awesome with a hint of puzzles, but some of the puzzles are so long winded that I've put off playing it until after christmas xD

The Stronghold Kingdoms beta. Its slow going but I guess you're only supposed to play it for a few minutes and then go do something useful instead.  =]

I'm finally replaying Kingdom Hearts 2... oh.. it's been so longgggggggg since I had a memory card to play with.

I'm also replaying Crash Bandicoot 3..

Donkey Kong Country Returns

Wasnt too impressed the first play, must of been in a bad mood, but after the first world, I was quite impressed with the original ideas and neat moments, like some of the epic Minecart rides. Just don't expect a 100% fateful DKC4.

Strangely been rejecting the 360 for a few months. Ah well, been playing SSFIV, Burnout 3 and such.

I'm looking forward to it because its been called one of the best platformers ever.  And to be honest I thought DKC was.. well overrated, I like it don't get me wrong, (and from I'm playing through DKC2 is quite good) but its got a barrage of problems and some of the most boringest boss battles I've ever fought.  (A giant Hamster thing x2.)   Plus I have faith in Retro Studios. :3   I can't wait to get it at Xmas.

I think the DKC's were good, but not fantastically great like everyone says. Yes, it had the fancey graphics, but for me, the difficulty killed it at moments. I have completed the first two yes, but there's hardness where you're angry at the TV and swearing, and then there's challenge where you WANT to go through all that to get to the end.

But yeah, Returns is filled with some unique ideas and some good gameplay to have. You could say I prefer it to the SNES games, but then again, my fav DK still remained the GC version of Jungle Beat (Now that was awesome, if a little short and tiring of the hands)
