My insomnia's back.
The past few nights i've been staying up doing random stuff (tyding up, looking for stuff, crap like that) then lying awake in bed for ages. Then when i do sleep i wake constantly during the night.

Usually i only get it when i'm down or stressed, and right now i'm happier than i've been for a long time :/
