Not really chasing any sort of "explanation" because it's not like we'll get one, (though depending who you talk to apparently I know everything that goes on behind the scenes anyway) I just find this show of "EVERYTHING'S FINE, MOVE ALONG NOW" a little hard to swallow. Clearly things are not fine.

I included that line as a half joke. Yes, there are details that aren't in the update, but that's because there are some sensitive issues at play. But the bare bones of the matter still work out as everything being fine. I'd love to tell you more, but it's more a matter of people than facts.

^ See, this is fine. I don't really expect the gory details to be laid bare (because it's nothing to do with anyone other than the people involved) but when it's pretty obvious that *something* is going on, it's kind of galling when those involved or privvy to the details of the situation sort of gloss over it and make out like everything's wonderful when things are clearly still being worked out. Us normal forum grunts do pick up on these things, y'know! :V
