Cobalion with 5 31s on my second try:

Cobalion - #638 (Jolly) : 13 / 31 / 31 / 31 / 31 / 31

NEW ONE:

Reshiram - #643 (Naive) : 22 / 28 / 25 / 31 / 31 / 31

Note that while it looks like it's in a cave, it doesn't count as a cave for Dusk Ball purposes. I found that out the hard way. Ultra Balls look way cooler anyway.

I just bred 2 decent HP Ice Contrary Snivy with Glare:

Snivy - #495 (Timid) Male (♂) : 31 / 31 / 31 / 31 / 31 / 30
Possible Hidden Power Types: Ice

Snivy - #495 (Timid) Female (♀) : 31 / 11 / 31 / 31 / 31 / 30
Possible Hidden Power Types: Ice

The 2nd will replace the female I was using for breeding.
