I don't think this is a good idea; Magmortar, Charizard, Samurott (Ice Beam), Gorebyss, Rotom-S and all the Sp. Attackers of the tier still kill it, and now Sawk is doing dangerous amounts of damage, especially if it's banded (you're looking at a 2HKO here with Calm opposed to Bold). Tangela is great, but only meant to be a defensive wall. It simply can't handle Sp. Attacks.

I know, it's pretty rubbish but I think I'm going to just have it sitting there looking pretty with all it's very good IVs which is the only reason it hasn't been released. I'm still breeding for a good Bold one, the best I have at the moment is 31 / 0 - 3 / 26 - 27 / 24 - 25 / 31 / 8 - 9 but I'm going for at least HP, Def and Sp.Def perfect with a good (above 25) Sp.Atk and Spd.

Ah, well good luck then! Let me know when you get it, and we will have a Tangela party until we both die of Tangela-related happiness. :3

IT'S PARTY TIME RICH!

Female | Bold | Regenerator

IVs: 31 | 12 | 31 | 29 | 31 | 28

She also has the characteristic 'Capable of taking hits' :3

EDIT 2:

Yes or no guys:

Beldum - #374 (Adamant) : 31 / 22 - 23 / 31 / 30 / 27 / 15 - 16

Not ashamed to say I've finally grasped the concept of RNG Abuse in Pokémon Heart God..

Scyther
Jolly | Technician
Hatched in Ilex Forest | 31/31/31/0/31/31 | Untouched @ Lv1
Quick Attack | Leer

Once I've saved enough Battle Points up I can trade her across to Black with Superpower and Bug Bite =] Adamant Scizor next, along with perhaps a Blue Houndoom once I find the SID out..

Smeargle (M)
Jolly, Technician
31 / 5 / 31 / x / 25 / 31

A bit disappointed with the attack but given his only attack is going to be fake out (which is mostly for sash/sturdy breaking and the flinch) I guess it doesn't matter that much.
I've found a cool gimmicky moveset for him which I'm not gonna post until after I've tried it out against some friends...

EDIT:

Totodile (M)
Adamant, Torrent
31 / 31 / 31 / 31 / 27 / 24
Egg moves: Aqua Jet

Okay, that's pretty much the best thing I've ever bred. Shame the random perfect Special Attack is useless to me tho.

EDIT: Can somebody else post so I can stop talking to myself? ;_;

Cyndaquil (M)
Timid, Blaze
28 / 31 / 21 / 31 / 30 / 31

Again, I accidentally both attack stats, but whatever, it'll just make it a good parent.

EDIT: Well, I'm posting them on Facebook now instead.

Zubat (M)
Jolly, Inner Focus
31 / 31 / 31 / 31 / 23 / 31

...my first ever quin perfect.
I love him.
In ways society would not approve of.

Some really great breeding, Niall! And on the subject of quins, I'm going to add my new baby to the collection:

Female | Jolly | Lightningrod
Planned moveset: Earthquake | Rock Slide | Megahorn | Protect
IVs: 31 | 31 | 31 | 29 | 31 | 31

Fun fact: The real reason Ben is doing a maths degree is so he can run the RNG calculations in his head.

And clearly I don't do it well enough, there's a pesky 29 hanging around!

^Nice breeds! If that Rhyperior is for the WCs, that'll serve you just as good as anything else.

Bah, this pales in comparison to my last three, but I've spent over fifteen hours on it, so I'm settling for it.

Gastly (M)
30 / x / 31 / 31 / 13 / 31

I figure the physical defence is more important than special, since more priority moves are physical, besides the fact that Gengar's special defence is a bit higher than its physical already.

Just a Rhyperior left now... and maybe a Gyarados somewhere...

^Just a question, is the Gastly bred or RNG'd? I'm curious, no other reason. (Oh wait, just seen the 13...I'll assume it's bred and leave it at such)

Anyways, I've looked at the sets in Dragonpika's Cynthia team and decided to breed some of the pokemon to get those sets...I'm inspired.

First up, I will start with Braviary. I am aiming for 31/31/20+/x/20+/31.

^ Nah the Gastly isn't RNG'd (unless he's been very sneaky about it and not told me he's started RNGing.. wouldn't put it past Niall, he's tricksy).

I have INSPIRED someone =D I am pleased! You'll have a very easy time with Garchomp and Eelektross, as they both only have one ability and don't have Egg moves.. for reference, Togekiss is the only one you have to go back to Gen IV for, and Spiritomb is the only Dream World ability you'll need if you want the same ones I used ^^

For anyone curious, the IVs I ended up settling for were:

Braviary: 30 / 31 / 4 /
20 / 20 / 31
Garchomp: 31 / 31 / 26 /
6 / 28 / 31
Eelektross: 31 /
19 / 23 / 31 / 25 / 31
Spiritomb: 31 / 31 / 31 /
28 / 20 / 21
Lucario: 18 / 31 / 31 /
25 / 31 / 31
Togekiss: 31 /
31 / 13 / 28 / 28 / 29 (I had a quin-perfect one bred, but we left it in York X_x so Ben and Tim helped me make a brand new one overnight, bless them <3)

So yeah they weren't all that great, but I had exams and other things to think about so I often just settled for reasonable.

And don't make my mistake on Lucario, go for one of the sets either Enigma or Havak suggested in the topic =]

^That's what I decided to do with Lucario. Went with Havak's set instead...

Well, I'll wait for BW2 to come out for Togekiss, because I can't breed anything decent on 4th Gen. I noted down the methods of getting moves on Notepad and the sets, so it should be fun =D I do have to concentrate on getting my shiny starter quite a bit, so I might not breed too much.

Funnily enough, all 5 (yes, laziness kicked in) Rufflets I hatched last night did not get the everstoned nature, and got useless ones...god this will be long.

Cranidos |
Adamant | Mold Breaker
Hatched on Route 3 | 31/27/31/11/31/31 | Untouched @ Lv1
Headbutt | Leer | Crunch | Ice Beam

Not too shabby for a spitback, which unfortunately shows how my standards have gone through the roof. Going to keep it, although my main Rampardos will be the Jolly one I've got..

Lileep |
Calm | Storm Drain
Hatched on Route 3 | 31/14/30/31/30/30 | Untouched @ Lv1
Constrict | Mirror Coat | Recover | Ingrain

Finally gotten around to breeding this =] Hidden Power Rock 70 for anybody who's interesting.. might be using it more than I'd initially planned on doing so actually..
