Mount Silver is my training ground. I start training my pokemon there from level 20.

Sadly repellent really doesn't work on the strong Mt.Silver pokemon.

why would you need to use repellent if your training, wouldn't that make it harder =P, and repellent keeps all pokemon who are lower level then the one at the front of your party away, so if all the pokemon are higher then lv 20 then it wouldn't repel them
