None of it makes sense to me. o.o
The image seems to have no significance at all, and the text looks messy and doesn't match the image which makes it look out of place. And that's one of my least favourite font styles. D:

Ahem... the anatomy is some amount of mess, I don't even understand where it's going. And the lightning is messy... so is the shading. I also think I spy dodge/burn abuse :T

I'm not sure I've rated your current sig yet. I like this one quite a lot, tbh. The whole setup and design in general is quite clever, and I haven't seen anything like it in a long time. It's subtle, doesn't use oversized bolded text to fill in space, and seems to look pretty well organised with the links down the side.
And, the image itself is quite pretty. X3
